Hi guys Ive discovered the youtube video on the hybrid mode made by Jeremy Laurenson and this exactly what im trying to do but only on android. Ive got a pixel 2 with the lastest version running on it if anyone knows how to recreate this hybrid mode on android that would solve all my issues!
Can anyone help with a fresh problem that I think is connected to the latest update: trying to play Roon local files from my Mac to Poly has always been fine in the past. Now after about 7 seconds on each track I get the message "Roon: An audio file is loading slowly. This may indicate a performance or hardware problem." and it moves to the next track, only to repeat. I've rebooted the router, Poly and the Mac. Still there. Any suggestions please?
I appear to have solved this by rebooting the Poly which has now completely bricked it. Nothing I do on the pin can make it visible to the iPhone. I want to say something incredibly sweary about Poly, but will refrain given the inevitable tirade that will come my way if I do.

Sorry about that! I was going to suggest try changing Wi-Fi channels manually. Whenever I’ve had those errors with Roon it’s been solved by getting to a better channel, whether with Poly or some other end point.
I’m getting really weird behaviour with the playlists in GoFigure.
The first playlist [All Poly Music.m3u] is missing, but the second playlist [American Music Club.m3u] is listed twice, once with the file extension, the other time without.
There are no hidden files on the folder.
I tried duplicating the [All Poly Music.m3u] playlist and renaming it as [— All Poly Music —.m3u] and it does appear in the list so it’s not an issue with the playlist.
Anyone else experiencing anything similar? It’s driving me nuts.
Oh, also it’s worth mentioning that good old Glider loads and displays all playlists correctly.
So, I plugged it in to mojo and then plugged usb charging wire into it, mojo chatging light came on but polys wouldnt
I seperated them and tried to charge poly on her own, still no charge light so I left it charging for a couple minutes and the charging light came back on, so I am now charging poly and will see whats up.
I hope poly is ok once she has been charged.
I re-mated them and one good sign is that poly is flashing red for low battery, so it looks to be ok, w00t.

Poly supports AIFF files but only through MPD. Glider uses DLNA. I asked @Matt Bartlett about updating Poly to support AIFF files through DLNA in an upcoming firmware update but nothing yet.

Neither aiff nor wav files support embedded id3 tags for metadata which DLNA and MPD normally rely on.
It's a good idea to convert to ALAC or FLAC instead.
Nope - good suggestion but the file names are all good. I've also used BlueHarvest to clean all invisible (Mac System) files from the drive.
It now seems that every time I rebuild the Poly database random playlists get duplicates appear. These duplicates do not show in any m3u comparable apps, only GoFigure.
Yes sure email me over some example files to see if I can work out what is happening.
Just as a quick check I just tried creating an 'All Poly Music' playlist using MPDluxe and it worked fine once the database had refreshed.
Hi David,
It sounds like your Poly battery is low. Can you put Mojo/Poly on charge so you get a soild white light for M status and P status.
Leave it like this over night for a full charged. When fully charged the M status will be off and P status will be blue.

The Poly is fine this morning (and the battery is fully charged) running both wifi and hotspot. I'll monitor and seek guidance as needed from info@chordelectronics.co.uk.
