Flowers, candles, chocolate, and wine.

If that doesn't work you can try momentarily plugging the charge cable into it until the Poly light comes on. Then remove cable and turn Mojo off/on. In my experience Poly takes a good 15 minute or so with Mojo being turned on/off several times before Poly engages. It's like a nifty built-in game for audiophiles "Will Poly Or Won't Poly Play Today?".

Who knows, maybe it will get better with that elusive GoFigure app to 'wake' Poly up.

I think Chord is creating a second app to turn Poly on, called 4Play.

My brand new Poly was playing well just now, using Bluetooth connect to my iPhone. All of the sudden, stop working completely no sound no nothing.
I plug on to my USB power supply now only the Mojo lights comes on, Poly got totally no light. Is it normal.
I can't use my Poly now sad!

Ruh-roh!

Have you tried uncoupling it from Mojo and charge on its own to see if light at least comes on?

Not sure if I am to treat your posts seriously after the revelation about your interactions with Chord...

Chord has been awesome just not the case (as in Poly case)

If I am able to buy poly again I'll have to use an aftermarket case

Same issue as me. When this happens to me, I would need to detach the poly from Mojo, then charge the poly on it's own in order to get it working. When both are connected to a charger, it seems the poly is not getting charged enough, but the lights indicate otherwise.

It's a cat and mouse game whether the poly is going to work today or not.

Wont turbing the mojo on while connected to Poly and off power the poly on?

Today is a new record. The Poly is in the charger and after 35 minutes it still is not turned on when repeatedly trying to turn it on.

I give up for today.

That Whathifi gave the Chord Poly 5 stars (maximum score possible) remains a mystery to me.

Unless the battery is completely drained then Poly will always switch on when connected to the charger. Does your P Status light come on white to indicate charging? PM me if you like so we can talk this through.

Poly is always on to a certain extent (unless the battery is flat), because it is 'listening' for the signal from Mojo, to tell Poly to wake up fully.

Not in my case. I have left the Poly + Mojo all night on the charger so it should be 100% battery. The P.light stayed off in morning untill I gave up while the Poly was on the charger. I have sended a pm.
