Just had a decent chat with the developer Joe of the glider app on telegram. I have tried out the app and I really like it with poly, a simple music player with nice interface. Finds my poly on my WiFi network and music just plays smoothly with poly as renderer . iPhone hotspot currently not support (works in WiFi network mode) and dsd file seems not working at the moment but all other file types plays nicely.
Joe said he is working on both issue and the app will be update soon.

I’m really liking the app. Just want to share with all poly user here

Well look what arrived today. Ordered in February and now *suddenly* here it is! I blew the dust of the Mojo and now perhaps it will see more use. Charging Poly now and will get all set up soon. Fingers-crossed it goes well. I think I do need to buy the case for this combo.

After the long wait mine came today as well here in North America. Charging now. Best I go back to the YouTube Videos https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCP26GjLIT2iMxzFFkDge9Vw Looking forward to trying. Now just need the case! Hopefully the iOS app will come soon. Saw some discussion some time ago that the case finish didn't match the Mojo. I have a Mojo S/N M034XXX series and it looks pretty darn close. Unless I am Black colorblind! The two parts mate just fine. No wiggle/jiggle.

Well, just received poly. Unfortunately no code or anything in the box or when registering on chord website about free case. Knew it was a long shot, but was informed by JF that there was a strong possibility due to when I pre-ordered.

I was wondering as well when I opened the box. Nope. No Willy Wonka's Golden Ticket. With the delay of a couple of weeks here in North America figured I wasn't getting into the Chocolate Factory. Know I will get the standard case as soon as I can. Not sure about the Van Nuy's case that was teased which matches the H2... we will see.

OK, my friends, I got something interesting to show you :D
My Poly arrived.
1. First day I could not connect it to anything! I managed to fk up the internet in all the house, 2 rooters to reset and reconfigure in different ways.
The nice Lady inside would not talk to me.
2. Second day ALL is working flawlessly, PC Roon and Android hotspot with Bubble+ BT. Could not make Neutron work yet, but it`s ok. SHE also changed her mind and talks to me now :)
3. Light not working, I supposed it`s some kind of optical fiber or plastic inside that it`s not in the correct position. I was right:

I don`t know why some imgs are doubled.. Edit: not doubled, different zoom level actually
Anyway, it`s beautifully made, not hard to open but needs fiddling, the problem was that the black plastic window it`s a pain to remove and to put back in it`s place, moment in which the transparent plastic for Mojo status gets out of it`s place. Fixed it!

Does anyone know what`s Mojo battery capacity in mAh? I`m trying to sum them up to know how large an external battery I need for both on the go. I have some Asus Zenpower 5V 2,4A 10050 mAh (real capacity is less than rated) and I managed to charge them both full on the go. I was also listening to music so I`m not sure..
Also! BOOT UP time is around 5 seconds with almost 100gb of music on an Samsung Select 256 Gb. It reads it in just a few seconds (3 green blinks)
In the network SSID I have numbers, spaces, lower and upper case and dots. In the passwords I only have lower, upper and numbers, no spaces no dots. It works.
Very happy with it!

Hi! My first post here, although I've been lurking for ages following this thread. I got my Poly earlier this week and have spent half my time smiling like an idiot at the truly amazing sound coming out of the Mojo/Poly combo and the other half cursing the drop-outs, flakiness and general hassle of the whole thing. I've had constant trouble keeping a decent connection, whether using Roon, uPnp or Airplay. It's been especially frustrating when trying to stream from Audirvana 3.1 -- my idea of audio heaven when it actually works -- where I'd get maybe 30 seconds of music before the stream started stuttering and then stopped completely, with the P status network light going out for a few seconds and then coming back on. Not being overly techy, I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out what the fk was going on and starting to have seriously dark thoughts towards poor Poly.

Just in case some others are experiencing similar problems, I wanted to share a really simple solution that seems to have worked for me. I'm on BT Infinity and have a SmartHub router. All I did was go into the Smart Hub Manager and do a re-scan of the wireless channels. Both the 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz channel numbers changed after the scan and I saved out with the new settings. That was about an hour ago and I'm currently sitting here listening to Jack Johnson on Tidal Masters via Audirvana with rock solid, amazing sound. Enjoying it so much that I've yet to try Roon or uPnP, but I'm pretty confident that the connectivity issue is solved.
Hope this might help anyone experiencing similar problems.

Welcome to the Club! I too sat down for more then 4 Hours this evening hearing TIDAL Masters (ECM!) thru Audirvana 3.1. I got very very few quibbles with stuttering which may have to do with TIDAL-Delivery Problems, but overall had a stable connection between the poly and my WIFI and the Sound is so great! Jan Garbarek, Joni Mitchell, what an evening! Relaxing, engaging and very moving!

My Network here is not to crowded, so i may not experience the problems you described.I think everyone on this thread with problems which COULD Network-related should follow your advice, this may help against overcrowded wifi-networks. With Audirvana (Best) and Roon (good) there are very few problems with WIFI-Connection here. Problems with playing from SD-Card still persist, but i could wait until a firmware-fix or the GoFigure App comes along. My Main use currently ist in the House delivering Sound to my Sennheiser HD 700 or as Line-In Source for my DENON PMA-50.

Thanks for the welcome, polymaniac! I've dragged myself away from Audirvana long enough to play some music via Bubble UPnP, and that was perfectly stable too. I'm currently playing Tidal tracks from Roon via Airplay (just for testing) with no issues at all. It's awesome, and I finally feel like I'm enjoying what I've paid for! I have to confess my home network is a train-wreck, with an ever-increasing number of wireless devices, power-line adapters etc -- it's no wonder poor Poly was struggling.

Thanks. I'll post here if I receive mine.
My Poly arrived today from Moon Audio. I found it very easy to configure and use as a Roon endpoint. Worth the wait!

I’m not sure where you are but you deserve a Case for waiting that long. Was there a card to send in to get one in your box, if not PM me and I will arrange to send a case out to you

I’m Happy to tell you all that our first post product release automatic software up grade is very close to release now. This will further increase Polys connectability and usability. We will early next week outline the nice new features some of which have been hard won on the part of our brilliant software team.
