I know it is repetitive and for many, unnecessary but here goes: I trust Chord. Don't fret. It is sad but they'll help. I understand your frustration, especially with the promise of such high quality music without the trapping of the wire.OK my Poly has died. the unit won’t power on and no charge light whatsoever when plugged in (whether connected to Mojo or separate).
Last night, my wife Heather (who used to have her own account here) finally got Poly to connect via hotspot at a hockey game. She was thrilled.
It took 15 minutes of turning on and off, and disconnecting from Mojo, but it finally worked. We did not need the pin.
It paused on its own, a few times during songs, but it worked!
She listened to "The Ragpicker's Dream" from Mark Knopfler and gushed about the sound quality. (Knopfler's writing reveals a well read and very high intelligence man--I am so impressed)
While working on it yesterday, I spent about 30 minutes with it. I am amazed that the wireless sound quality is this high.
I trust Chord will work out the bugs and make things right and will have a dynamic product on its hands for us. Glider has been terrific.
Supervisor, contact them. It will work out.
