If it was purchased within one year, the best first step is to contact your local dealer, they'll assist you with the repair process.My RU7 is not outputting sound to either the 3.5 or 4.4mm jack. I have reason to believe it is the output circuits as my phone software recognizes the RU7 and the RU7 shows corresponding correct bit rates to the media played. Already tried multiple IEMs, USB cables, etc. and the problem is the RU7. My backup DAC is working okay.
Is there any method to resetting the unit or is it likely going back to my dealer or directly to Cayin?
