maybe I am wrong but I never read that the 6.2vrms of the amp 8 is on 32ohms so the idea of 1.2mw could be wrong.. I think is 6.2 vrms no load which is a very diferent figure...Maybe Cayin can make their own AMP 8 with 1200 mw power ? Ill buy it for sure.

Well anyways can Cayin make a more powerful amp ? The N6II balance is pushing my headphones reslly well, but I always like more power.maybe I am wrong but I never read that the 6.2vrms of the amp 8 is on 32ohms so the idea of 1.2mw could be wrong.. Fine DAP no bass bleed, but anyone facing screen “backlight bleed” ? Mine on top right corner of the screen. Particularly visible during start up.
Thanks for checking it out and sharing your findings guys. Appreciate it. Will reach out to the retailer.
Alright, got everything sorted out today by the retailer. Cool bunch and hassle free.
Now back to loving the N6ii!
I couldn’t figure out how to disable the hardware and volume buttons when the screen was locked
I hope there will be a firmware update to lock the hardware buttons when the screen is off
So far so good but in terms of functionality, I echo an option for (1) lock hardware buttons and hopefully the option to (2) swap / flip the config for Forward (i.e. the 'top' instead of 'bottom' button) and Back (i.e. the 'bottom' instead of 'top') buttons.

Random but did anyone else’s provided screen protector not go on well at all? Mine didn’t seal all around the edges.
I got the exact same thing with my included screen protector for the N6II. @Andykong does Cayin expect the screen protector to do this or is it possible there are a few bad ones out there. If so, can customers get a replacement?
So my N6ii has gone through a few battery cycles now and my oh my that sweet long life is starting to show.

Anyone can confirm Roon playback with bit perfect output. ( receiving a wireless hi res stream and outputting that at its native resolution via headphone)?
I would like to know that as well. @Andykong
Yry 4.4
Yes I did try the 4.4mm with both a hybrid (copper/silver) and pure silver cable. I preferred the hybrid cable as it opened up the soundstage even further. It was more airy sounding but resolution was perfectly maintained and the N6II itself is extremely clean sounding in my opinion. Thank you for the suggestion!

Hi @kalibur. The price for the N6II is currently at SGD$1450.

I'm currently awaiting my N6ii ! I know remote control functionality is supposed to be available through the hiby music app but having never used it, does it operate in the same way as AK Connect? By that I mean as DLNA/UPnP server or renderer, using my iphone as a remote control to select source and output eg Source = Tidal->Output = N6ii?
hows the bass from n6ii compared with PL ?Try 4.4

Actually very good , especially on the 4.4.hows the bass from n6ii compared with PL ?
For those who got the N6II, how is your "standby" battery drain?
I charged mine overnight (reported 100% battery), unplugged it for about 1.5 hours with no music playing and it dropped to 90%. How does this compare to others experience?
I saw a setting in the battery menu called "Battery Saver", I put just flipped this on so I can evaluate whether this fixes the "standby" drain rate in a bit but if anyone else has tips - I'm all ears !
