Thanks to all those who answered me! :)

May I suggest you download and try the custom firmware I created - fixes all the incorrect Chinese English UI elements and freshens up the graphics with new ones. If you don’t like it you can always just switch back to stock firmware.

You can download the latest version (2.0) of the custom firmware here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/27t7sd0oiad8q9w/update.upt?dl=0

I will certainly try it!

Hi, welcome to join us!
2.What the formats of your songs? With different formats songs switching, there may be click sound which is unresolvable and decided by N3 chip.Sorry for the trouble caused!

My songs are pretty much all FLAC. As soon as I have some time I'll record such "clicks" and I'll let you guys hear them...

DD Audio DXB-04 x N3 x Class A Pocket Amp (not a cMoyBB)

Those headphones caught my eye...had to look them up. So, it said they were better than beets:)

How do you like them? Did you just get them?

So far... for $99? Spectacular! They are sonically akin to the Meze 99 Classics but at one third the price. They did, however, originally cost around $300 or so but DD Audio has had more success selling them at $99. Among all of the headphones I've ever had, they rank high.

I'm going to do an A/B between them and the ON2.

Hi. Sorry if this answer already been answered, but, is there a way to put the line out on by default?
No because if it were on by default you might accidentally damage your ears and/or headphones. Not worth the risk.

I know it's a safety measure but I always use it attached to my RS Intruder. every time I turn it on I have to change it to line out... Thanks for your answer. I'm going to check the firmware to see if there's something I can do about it. cheers.

What I would really like to see is the ability to enter a Bluetooth pin! :) Just numeric is enough.

Well actually there are a few other things...
-The ability to access the EQ more easily. Ideally from the now playing page.
-Have the player remember current playlist queue and current song after power off.
-Possibly fix the delay it has with seeking in some MP3 files. I listen to very long MP3s. For some reason it can take several seconds to resume playing after fast forward some MP3s.

I believe you will find it to be fruitless. This is a safety and liability issue.

I just ordered a N3.
Chose it over the shanling m1, for reasons i do not know myself.

The N3 has ~3x the output power of the M1, so it can more easily power the harder-to-drive headphones / earphones / earbuds.

Both the N3, and the M1 (as well as the M2s) - have HiBy Link in the latest Firmware, allowing them to be controlled by the HiBy Player app on an Android phone / tablet (HiBy is still working on the iOS version).
