Why didn't I know this sooner the preorder wasn't advertised on the cavalli Audio website nor their Facebook page. So I miss out on the special preorder price. Now it says $0.0 can't order anymore.

we're in the same boat. I realized this 3 days after it closed. Well, just need to wait a little longer I guess.

I was lucky and preordered the Spark just in time. Since it seems that the delay of the Spark is just due to the case, would it be possible to share some of the other specs?
I'm sure the Spark will drive my LCD-X very well, but have anyone tried it with harder to drive headphones like LCD-4 or Abyss? I understand that the Spark is not intended for these but I'm just curious.

Thank you!

Man, bummed I missed the preorder for the liquid spark, but I imagine it may be coming out soon? Any additional information on release date? Is the spark the only portable offering that Cavalli is planning for this year?

@TSAVJason -

Is this the best thread to subscribe to, to stay abreast of the Liquid Tungsten (LW)? I want to know when it is ready to launch, which trade show (CanJam, RMAF, ???) it'll launch at, when it'll be available to pre-order, as well as any discounts.

Speaking as a happy LAu owner, but I suspect this thing will be too seductive to resist!

Hahaha guys like you make me feel like a drug dealer lol. In all honesty I don't really have a handle on the schedule of things at the moment. My best guess is based on progress is the Tungsten should be flying by RMAF.

To answer your primary question yes, this thread is where you'll find all product updates for Cavalli Audio and most of the time directly from Alex Cavalli is the plan as I understand it. Occasionally you'll see me post things he's asked me to get out to you guys.

If you're an LAu owner and you have the Elear, you need to hear that pairing on the balanced output. Takes the Elear to a new level of performance.

Indeed, Jason. I have both an HD800 with SD mod, and a Focal Elear.

I have had the Moon Audio Black Dragon balanced cables for my HD800 for quite some time. I recently acquired a long length of Cardas Clear cable, and had Cardas split and reterminate it - so I now have balanced Cardas Clear cables for both the HD800 and the Elear.

After letting it burn-in for a few days, I'll be looking to see how much of an improvement they are - relative to the Black Dragon on the HD800, and to the stock Focal unbalanced cable on the Elear.

But this is all probably off-topic. :grin:

Nah! It's related to my suggestion to try the Elear balanced on the LAu. Actually the stock Elear cable isn't bad at all, in fact as far as stock SE cables go it's the best performing I've ever tested. I'd go so far as to say better than some aftermarket SE cables I've tested.

You have to try the Elear balanced on the LAu .....you owe your ears hahahaha Cheers

Well. Hope to hear from them soon. Even a news of delay is better than no news. At least we get to know what's going on.

I know one thing. Alex is on a vacation last he and I spoke. Well I know another thing ...cell service isn't great when he's in the Rockies. Sorry I don't have anything more for you.
