Are you using single ended or balanced output? I know on my M15 single ended OI is around 1.4 and balanced is I believe 3.3 in non Over ear mode.

3.5mm single ended.

I did notice a weird phenomenon on the Fiio M1 Pro though... when I switched to high gain... it opens up the treble more. It's not from being louder either because I compensate for the volume level prior to switching by lowering it from 55 to 45. Very weird.

Yes the impedance matching is a factor!

3.5mm single ended.

Do you have a balanced cable you could try it with? The m11 pro 3.5 has an output impedance of ≤1.1ohm and in balanced it is ≤2.4ohm so might make a difference.

No offence but every time there is a new IEM all I see is pics with nothing as far as impressions or a review. Always all the time. Love your pics, I am not saying this to discourage you or in any disrespect what so ever but to be completely honest. If headfi can give out an award for the best pics. You would win easily. In fact I would like to know what camera your using. Your pics look great. I can't ever recall any type of added impression if at all that help anyone however.

I get tired of looking at pic after pic with nothing ever if at all written about the sound. That is like teasing a caged Lion with a large T bone dangling outside of the cage. I don't know if it is just me but it seriously gets old. New IEM after new IEM after new IEM I can't count how many times with nothing ever written. There should be an unsaid rule here at headfi. If your gonna take some nice pics. Hows about a little impression to go along with it? A small morsel. Anything.

You can disregard my message here and keep posting them lovely photos but some words of how they actually sound would be sooo helpful. I personally would appreciate that.

I just use an iphone SE.

i usually post impressions after i have a chance to listen to them (after the initial photos). Either in a thread, the review section or on my site.
I believe i have contributed well to this community over time.

everyone enjoys this hobby in their own way. I enjoy listening to music and taking photos.

well i sent/ lent the MW10 soon after i got them to another reviewer in December (as i was going away over new years) and they still havent come back.

i was hoping to complete that by March...so...
