It didn't sound bad but M3X's claim to fame is its long battery life so it's on the power lite end of the spectrum. To get the most out of Dorado 2020 I would encourage you to consider something with a little more oomph. I saw you list for a Hiby R6 2020...that would be a good source I think...it was on my short list before the n6ii Ti appeared on the horizon.

Personally I would chance it with the M6 because Shanling magic...Hiby players are more about speed and function than sound quality. I always err on the side of SQ.
The cool thing about the Dorados (well, one cool thing) is that they are ceramic so relatively scratch proof and are small enough to fit very comfortably. I got a nice strength workout in yesterday wearing them and they were great. I would never wear them if I were to sweat a lot like during a cardio workout but for weights, they’re going to do very nicely.
At the beach for a week. Made coffee then took out M8 and Dorado 2020 for some wake up tunes. Chet Baker, James Taylor ,Jack Johnson now Tool. Will resume break in when I get home, but combo sounds really fab now. TOOL!!!!!! just the way you always wanted it to sound.
