Bro! You drink coffee at 4am+? Or are you up early? Haha. We’re in the same time zone I believe
I sleep early, mate. Around 8 p.m. and I actually sip the pour-down coffee at yesterday's late afternoon :D.

I'm typing some reviews right now.

I live in Java island😊

The term "java" as a nickname for coffee comes from the Indonesian island of Java, one of the world's earliest and most famous coffee-growing regions.

In the 17th century, the Dutch introduced coffee cultivation to their colony in Java, and it became one of the primary sources of coffee for European and American markets. Since Java was a major exporter, the name"Java" became synonymous with coffee itself. Over time, English speakers began using "java" as a slang term for coffee, much like how "mocha" (originally from Yemen's Mocha port) also became associated with coffee.

Even though coffee today comes from many regions, the term "java" has stuck as a casual way to refer to a cup of coffee.

I guess most of you and of the coming coffee nerds are overkill for me ..in the sense tnat I just buy already roasted coffee beans , most of them commercially available/ retail quality , and grind them before brewing

I've bren surprised by some mexico beans flavours and nuances lately :)

Very curious , what is you favourite coffee flavour' profile ?
Currently, my favourite variety coffee bean right now is the local one here that were source from southern part of the Philippines. I like its sweet nutty taste of it. @Ianbanz knows that coffee bean variety too.

Cevizhe is a must to brew Turkish Coffee.

Meanwhile, as I'm doing some assessment on @TANCHJIM Official latest products right now. Sipping up some Spanish Latte from Zus Coffee. Will post some short impressions later on.
