I need to find my mom some budget headphones but real good music quality mainly for ipad/iphone, would like some good bass but more importantly good balance.  Any suggestions?

Sorry, forgot to mention she doesnt want to spend more than 60 bucks.  Is this even possible?

JVC HAS700 - $30
Panasonic HTX7 - $30-40
 
I owned the first 3. Soundwise, the Koss KSC75 wins, but they're clip ons and are extremely open. JVC HAS700 is a comfort king with memory pads like the Bose AE for a lot cheaper, and they have bass. They look nice too. I'd love to try the Panasonic HTX7, if only because they're well received here and look amazing. I found the HD201 to be nice and neutral but uncomfortable as heck.
