Do you find that you nearly run out of power?  I've had to max or nearly max most of the AMP's I've used (Aune S16, Essence HDACC, Fiio X5, Sound Blaster Z).

Different, yes, but not better. I like them both but 400i is way more worth it's price. (the same goes to T90)

Absolutely not.
 
I have three amps up amd running now, the Crack, my ODA and an O2.
 
All three drive the T90's I am listening to as I type to ear splitting levels.
 
The O2 is loud at 10 oclock on 2.5x gain setting, on unity gain its around 11 am for me.
 
You don't want to listen at levels louder than this or you will have hearing damage over time...be careful.
 
But there is no issue with running out of power here.

That's exactly what I did today. 

 I will use T90 for my digital source material and HE-400i for vinyl. I also got a Fidelio X2 to use with my mobile devices. It sounds sweet. The whole package was $1000. That's how much a T1 costs here in Sweden.

New T1's are already announced on the Beyer website. BTW, they will present them during upcoming CamJam in Berlin.
