What astonished me a bit was the T90's behavior at the volume knob. All my other stuff is to be regulated on a 2mm radius for proper listening volume. Not so the Tesla, the proper radius is more like 10mm. That goes hand in hand with the minimal volume. They still sound coherent with sufficient oomph at volumes where my other HPs have already dropped to telephone sound. That is a very nice finding for me personally, as I tend to listen for many hours on a daily basis.

While I don't listen to music with these very much anymore, I still find their transparency great with video games.

Today I got my T90 and damn, what a great headphone!
However, I got it secondhand so I'll have to replace the whole headband and all so can someone recommend me which spare parts to get? Will the DT 1770 slider kit work? This one:

Or DT770 slider kit? They all have the screws unlike the T5/T90 because it's damn difficult and I don't understand how to dissassembe/assemble the T90 slider parts. Tbh, I couldn't care less because I would like the sliders to be black.
I bought the headband for the Beyerdynamic DT-990 from Thoman. I fits perfectly. No disassembly reqired, just cut away the old one and snap on the new.
