I had hd448 that got broken :\
I currently have in ear vsonic gr07 and I like the sound but I still have lack of bass, especialy the low range.
on ebay the shipping for my country is around 40$ for most of the items.
so my budget is around 100$ and I would like to get recommendation for 60, 80 and 100$.. maybe I'll get lucky with the shipping cost.
so what I'm looking for is a sound signature similar to the gr07 with more bass.
Thanks in advance.

Though I can't really think of anything that might fit the criteria, do check out those threads for some more traction.

I'm sorry i got confused, I own the gr06.
I'm mostly listening to hip hop, r&b and some house music.
I already saw the link you posted and these are the 2 options I found:
Beyerdynamic DT235
Sony MDR-V6
every thing else is just over the budget or not that good but what I saw.

It might be stretching your budget a tad from having to ship it from Japan, but the sound is terrific.

+1

I'm also an owner of the S500s and can also easily recommend these, as they are pretty amazing sounding.  Other headphones that I've used in that price range that I really enjoyed are Audio Technica M50s, Creative Aurvana Lives.

I can +1 the CAL! also....I like the S500 better, but they are both nice headphones to listen to.

Every headphone mentioned here is way over my budget including shipping cost.
the s500 are on my budget buy I really don't like on ear headphones.
are they way better than the 668b?

Hi!

Compared with your broken HD448 the Superlux 668b is semi-open, that means more outside noise, less isolation.

The sound however is amazing for its price. Not tried the s500 but am using the Superlux 668b, 681b and others next to my way more expensive headphones. They are really good.

Different sound from the HD448 though. More oriented at the Beyerdynamic sound sig of the DT990 (roughly).

Cheers,
K

I think I'll go for the 668b since on ear headphones are really not comfort for me.
Thank you for your help.
