Anyone having problems updating to 6.0 firmware? I have 5.6 on my E8s but noting newer appears in App.
Would reset help? I am not sure but I believe I had to do it for one of the earlier updates.

I was not aware that anything newer than 5.6 was available. How do you know there is a 6.0, the app on my iPhone doesn’t show anything ?

If you look at support page:

you can see that 6.0 is written as version number. I probably am wrong but that is how I read it.


Hmm I don’t know how I would interpret that. I would have guessed it was the version of the Beoplay app and not the firmware as it states it supports many different products and I highly doubt the same firmware can be used for all those products, but the version of the iOS app is 2.6.1 from 14th September

Actually, the 6.0 is referring to the document revision number. I don't think there's been a 6.0 firmware release yet. I'm always looking forward to these firmware updates myself, but mine is still on 5.6.0 as well.
I was freaking out cause I didn't have the update icon, but it seems that the webpage is not correct. Good.

How are people finding how long the case holds a charge for? I’m finding it is being reduced. I put them on this morning and the right earbud turned on and worked but the left one is dead. I put it back into the case and nothing. Piece of crap.

And another thing I noticed and feel free to try it and report back is a popping noise when listening to Drake’s “Hold on I’m Coming Home” both on Tidal and on iTunes. The song is fine up until there is say less than 2 minutes remaining on the track.

I get 10–12 hours in total from a fully charged case but for some reason the left unit does not turn on if removed from a fully discharged case even if there is plenty charge in the left unit itself

Any recs on tips or attachments that help keep these in your ears? The large silicone tips sound best of those that were included but they can slip out pretty easily.
I use the JVC Spiral Dots on mine and they stay in good with medium to light activities. I have never used them at the gym just chores around the house.

Hey guys looking into these e8, have b&o fixed some of the problems with firmware updates? Or are there still some problems.
