I just bought a used pair of beats by dre solo. Got them from kijiji (like craigslist)

Why did you got these in the first place? They are so many headphones reviews and recommendation threads in this forum! I'm certain you can get something for the same price but with way higher audio fidelity.

Someone said to me, if the Beats sounds good it is fake and if they sounds bad they are probably genuine. That's a very naughty person.

I
And now my solo's just randomly break (one side stops working alltogether)

I was just listening to music, nothing at all happened and one stopped

I really hope that this is a problem with the headphone wire!!!

'I would daresay spending half the amount on a Sennheiser 'phone is like spending twice that on most mainstream brands... and in this case, the cheaper one sounds much better.'

Got sennheisers (brand new) for 20$ and beats for 40$ so I guess that's a good comparison lol

Still cheaper than most though

I planned to resell the beats to somebody for 150+ and make some quick cash

I don't know... I've had a pair of Beats Solo headphones for a while now, I think 3-4 months, and they work fine. It could be because yours were used. They were probably a fake pair, since those are floating all over the internet. If not, something might be wrong with the wires, or speakers.
