Here it is, their response about that, they are trying to use different region situation on me. I easily can say that they really don't care my issue. I would be living different country at the moment.

The description of the problem is not something we have had reports of and is not included in our manufacturing issues for this model.
Unfortunately, we do not have a service centre or a distribution partner near Turkey for further assesment. For this reason we do not sell into Turkey or other regions where after sales service is difficult for us to manage effectively."
