4th pair of Audeze Mobius snapped at the same spot. No hard drops or anything. Any suggestions for replacement with better build quality? Mainly play valorant.
Audeze Maxwell or Bose QuietComfort Ultra Heapdhones. The Maxwell is overall the best headphone out of the box I have heard at any price point. The QC Ultra is a close second as it also has hardware EQ and can be tuned to sound like the Maxwell, though it's not as resolving and doesn't have the planar slam.

My USB-C port on the headset is so loose for no reason, so its dropping out the connection. Was currently using my Mobius since my Maxwell also broke and been waiting over a month on replacement. Sadly, They say I have to wait until December...

Take it to a reputable mobile phone repair center, they can resolder/glue/replace the port pretty easily.

I bended/shape pieces of metal and use cable ties to support the broken part didn't look pretty but it work it still able to stay on my head (can't look down else it will fall).
I did try Maxwell but I didn't have the Mobius with me when i try out Maxwell was not sure i'm imagining think but from my memory I think Mobius with Virtual 3D on is better, which the Maxwell didn't have that setting.
btw this is how my Mobius look these day

Came here to wonder how everyone's pair is holding up. Suprised I'm not the only one it seems doing repairs haha

I've super-glued the entire cup back on for a few years but it's no longer holding.

Still work so no use in getting a maxwelll if I can make due. Battery still excellent even though they're an original kickstarter pair!

does the Audeze mobius really represent the Audio in real 7.1, as long as the file is surround. As long as i know there are true 7.1. headsets using multiple drivers, but does the Audeze mobius count as one?
It does, yes. It provides the best 3D effect i have tried, not having tried Realyzer.

It's simulated, obviously, but the effect can be quite believable. Better than multidriver headphones I have tried.

There are no real 7.1. wireless headsets with multiple drivers are there?
There are some, but they're nothing special. At least the ones I tried. Gaming headphones, all of them. Maybe somebody else will chime in with different knowledge.

I already contacted the support a year ago when my left earcup holder broke. Since the device is out of warrenty they offered me a B-Stock Mobius for around 150 usd (with taxes). Then i also would have to pay around 75 usd for customs (I'm in europe). Which makes it far to expensive. Thats why i had to 3d print the Cup in the first place. The problem is with this new broken piece i don't know how to fix it myself, with or without 3d printer :frowning2:

This really sucks since the headphones are otherwise very good and too good to throw away just because of a crack but i guess if its broken theres not much i can do. My hope is that someone on this message board has an idea.
Same problem here, bud. Also in the EU. This is my 3rd pair, so I've spent €100-150 on shipping alone.
I've learned people 3d-print the yoke, but I've yet to do so. Audeze should make adapters so we can get Mobius cups on the LCD line headbands.
Too bad their headphones are fantastic in sound, but this treatment... I'm not buying Audeze again.

Same problem, I bought this model in November 2019 and a few days ago it broke.
I contacted Audeze support who offered me a Maxwell b-stock for $175, to which however I have to add the shipping costs from the USA to Italy and certainly, VAT at 22% and customs costs.
They would certainly cost me at least €250 and, for a b-stock, that's too much for me.
I tried with super glue, but after a while it breaks: I wanted to try mixing it with bicarbonate of soda, but now the broken pieces no longer fit together perfectly.

I'll try by buying some 3D printed spare parts and a soldering iron, I found some videos on YouTube that explain how to disassemble the Mobius and what to do.

These are the spare parts I found:
