Another Metrum Musette owner.  Very nice DAC.  Very natural sounding but very very slightly rolled off the top - a characteristic of most NOS DACs.

My favorite is the Amperex Bugle Boy 6DJ8. I like the Russian "Rocket" tubes as well, as they have a nice, intimate midrange. But the Bugle Boy 6DJ8 gives you the intimate mids, plus air, lots of detail, a hint of sparkle and a very three dimensional stage.

Until now, I was very calm, just patiently waiting for my Eikon and Ori to be done ... Today, I received the notice from Zach, telling me that my order is ready for shipping ... And it begins !! I'm like a kid just before christmas ! Next week is going to be one of the longest week in my life !
