I always power off my phone while playing tidal.

One day it corrupted my whole tidal open app... I couldn't play anything and all my offline files were gone.

I restarted a few times and still it didn't work. I did a reset playlist restarted again and it worked.

How do you go about resetting a playlist? I tried restarting, logging out.. nothing helps. On my phone it works fine.
The exact issue is: i have a playlist with about 190 songs in it. When i scroll down, the stock tidal app stops to load at 100 tracks. It's always been that way without a problem. But now from track 101 every track is greyed out and can't be played.
The sideloaded app also works fine.

Hi Jason, is there any feedback from the team of lastfm scrobble support? Thanks.
Our dev team has been testing it. I do not have any info on whether it will be included in the next firmware update. Let me check with them and get back to you.

Hi, still truggling with my external DAC since the connection most of the time fails or seems unstable. I’d highly appreciate any hint how to solve the problem.

What works:
When I plug an USB OTG cable the External USB icon is activated. Then I connect the cable to the DAC and tap the External USB icon. The progress line (a kind of circular arrow) moves.

What happens most of the time:
Most of the time no device information is shown. The DAC receives no data.

What sometimes works:
In rare cases USB Output is displayed underneath the External USB icon and the DAC will receive data. Yet the first piece of music is totally distorted and the DAC displays wrong frequency information, e.g. 192 kHz instead of 44.1. After taps on Stop and then Start the songs are played without obvious distortion. Unfortunately I have not been able to reliably reproduce this setup.

The player’s firmware is the recent 1.14, the DAC & headphone amp (Meier Corda Soul) uses the CM6631 from C-Media to receive data in asynchronous mode, and I tried different USB OTG cables (one from Forza AudioWorks and one from Ednet). I am aware of the FAQ published by A&K as well as of Jason's posts on the topic in this thread.

I use a otg micro to micro cable as in the photo, with sr15 and hugo2 and there is no problem, fluid music even in high resolution, I can think that your external dac has too old drivers and is somehow incompatible with sr15

For the owners of Grado headphones (in my case, RS1i) I'm telling you that the SR15 synergized very well with the Grado sound. The detail and realism out of Tommy Emmanuel live recording is something.

So far, trying many different set of headphones & earphones and I'm not disappointed one bit.

Back to listening now..

Is there a way to upgrade Qobuz without erasing the previous version from the SR15 and to install the new one? An important problem due to this is that the local music is erased too. Is that a SR15 firmware problem or a Qobuz one? In the menu 'upgrade' one can see Tidal an other apps preinstalled but Qobuz doesn't show up.

Download the latest version and copy it into the Openservice folder on the SR15. Do not delete the old version on the player yet. Go into services and you will see the new version in the Open Service List at the bottom. Install the new version. It will replace the currently installed version and leave all your current settings and offline music in place. Once installed, you will see the old version move down to the Open Service list. You can then connect the SR15 to your computer and delete the old version of the app located in the Openservice folder on the player.

2 questions
1. I still have about a week left on my Qobuz trial. I downloaded 5.1.7 and seems to be more stable. However when I do a search it is off white letters on a white background. Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch ?

2. I will probably use my audioquest NightOwl for late night listening since it’s closed back. I want to try a 2.5mm trrs balanced cable with them. Any recommendations?

It's a glitch. We've already discussed it with the Qobuz team about getting it fixed.

Thanks for the quick response !

I fogot. I do have one other question
The left to right swipe gesture is sometimes unresponsive and I have to do it 2-4 times before I get the menu. Am I doing something wrong?

Also when I am playing tidal and I want to switch to something else the left to right swipe doesn’t work. I have to go to the home screen first and then attempt to swipe. Again , normal operation ?
