as in gave up and never looked back.
Follow-up: I now have a second Kann, brand new. I bought it to back up the other one but be new, and holding 2TB storage capacity. I put two SanDisc Extreme Pro 1tb microsd cards in it and it seems to be functioning just fine for now. We'll see when I go to add additional tracks to it though.I have the original Kann. I do have two 1tb Micron industrial micro sd cards in it. These are the only 1tb cards to not give me some sort of trouble. I had a 1tb sandisc extreme pro SD card in it before and it worked Ok except I could only load it by taking it out of the player and loading music from my computer directly then reinsert it into the player.
Of course that meant a full scan every time. I would have a 512 gb in the micro slot along with the 1tb sd card. I put the two Micron cards just to see, not expecting them to work any differently. My surprise as it now functions perfectly.

Did not know this. Thanks for bringing it up.Yes original KANN but thought theris a way to use phone, ak connect?
Thanks Jason.KANN will support any DLNA-based app for control and streaming. There are a few more out there, but I personally like mconnect.
Is there a way for the Kann to connect to a device such as Bluesound node in order to stream Tidal? Looking for a solution that does not involve the need to be tethered to a phone.KANN will support any DLNA-based app for control and streaming. There are a few more out there, but I personally like mconnect.
