That's a strange amount. I wonder why not 256GB. Hm.

--------------------

Also running my own battery test right now.

50% brightness, though screen is off anyway. 30.0 volume (out of 75.0). Mix of lossless and lossy files at various bitrates and sample rates.

Started at about 1:35PM (it's 3:18PM right now).

QC issue in relation to die size and yield I guess.  Remember how long it took them to release the 128Gb?  I guess they now have a way to ensure QC for size above 128Gb, and I just ordered one :).

Ah, that's possible. Either way, congrats on the purchase :p Hopefully your AK players have no problems reading it.

Thanks, and with no sponsor, user testing cost A LOT...

is it possible to rearrange a current playlist?

You mean songs from within the playlist?  I am not sure but I will take a look and report back.

Yes within playing. like you qued up a few songs

No, you can only move one song to either top or bottom of the list at a time.

Thanks. I hope you aleast get 8 hours of play

Me too.  But one thing that starts to bug me for the Jr. is its recharge time.  Even with USB3.0 at ~1 amp it charges rather slowly, I probably should have tried it with my 2.1 amp charger instead.

What do you mean by deep sleep?  The sleep function will shut the unit down completely after so many minutes, so it is not like hibernate for a computer.  Also, the manual said that the battery from the Jr. is a 1450mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery, and in comparison:

AK100: 2,000mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery
AK120: 2,350mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery
AK100II: 3,150mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery
AK120II: 3,250mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery
AK240: 3,250mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery
AK380: 3,400mAh 3.7V Li-Polymer Battery
X1: 1700mAh
X3 gen 2: 2600mAh
X5: 3700mAh
X5 gen 2: 3300mAh
DX90: varies as it can use any stock form factor Samsung Galaxy 3 batteries, but in general at 2100mAh 3.8V.
