Hi there! i have ak380 and i want connect it to monitors amplifier(bryston). ak380 guide sais that i must use both jack, 3.5 as ground and 2,5 as right left chanel for connection so i need custom cable 2.5*3.5 to 2xlr. i know pin map for xlr and 2.5 jack, but what is the meant "3.5 as ground" 3.5 have 3 pin - they are tip/ring/sleeve so should i bold all three pin to ground?

You need sleeve as the ground connection of the 3.5. Don't connect the others. That would short the output and possibly damage the unit.

They are the Sony MDR-SA5000. They pop up every now and then on ebay for cheap, you just gotta look out for it.

The battery model is a well kept secret by AK - but it’s not that expensive to have AK replace it for you. It was $60 USD for me in California.

We are aware of the issue and are working with Tidal on a fix. No ETA on when the fix will be complete at the moment. We had posted about the issue yesterday on our social media accounts.
