Hi guys, I just got a ak380 amp, I tried to connect it with my ak380, but it doesn’t have any reaction, I can charge the combo together but there is no “amp” button on my screen...
anyone has any ideas?

In the slide down menu there should be an option to select the amp.

You’ll always have to select it upon turning it on or reconnecting. Volume also resets to 50.

Has anyone experienced certain tracks stuttering on the AK380? These tracks don’t stutter on my desktop. It’s not the file size because plenty SACD files don’t skip. I remember reformatting my internal drive helped. This is only for tracks on the internal memory.

That is strange, is it connected and the screw tightened enough, when you connect the Amp to the AK 380 even before you turn it on if you look at the top left of the battery indicator you will see a small Amp sign in grey which indicates they have paired and connected and when you turn the Amp on this then goes green. Is your AK 380 and Amp new?
