looks like the stream isn't live...gives a "404" when QT play button is pressed...

looks like an update to the 5G: "iPod is getting enhanced today. 60% brighter with brighness control, 3.5 hours video playback (up from 2 hrs... big version goes to 6.5 hours), new headphones, gapless playback"...gapless playback!!

This is definitely a good thing. It immediately makes the iPod more desirable as a DAP to music lovers, and it might just force other companies to pay attenion to this as well. Good, good move.

yeah, the 60GB is cheaper than the refurb 5G!! good thing i didn't spring for the refurb...

edit: macrumors had the capacities wrong...the 30GB is $249 and the 80GB is $349. still not too shabby...

best part is that the new updates apply to the nanos, too...so gapless playback!! 8GB is mine!!
