what interesing, SP2KCU got a waterfall Hiss with Solaris, while I don't exp these in SPKM.
anyway, I found out u need a bit Hiss to retain some dynamic...

Same message I believe for all Uk buyers. I had already paid the £3.40 to DHL when unit in Hong Kong, so thought all good, but told that DHL have cancelled account with iBasso’s shippers.

Yes, I’m in exactly the same frustrating position here.

Paul, is there anything you could do to step in and help resolve this? It would be very much appreciated as it seems to be out of our hands at this end!

It would be a real shame for all concerned if DHL were to ship all the UK AMP8EX’s back to iBasso

I used this, my cycle is 2 hours charging (on) & 6 hours off...

edit, make sure u checked regularly.. I random my playlist, so if a lot of DSD song played.. it will be less then 5 hours...

Finally amp8ex-fe in the house

Initial listen sounding really good. A tad thin in the bass and mids but I attribute that to the DM7’s. First pair I grabbed with 4.4. Let the burn in begin. This is going to be a fun ride.

I really love that AMP8 EX's sound signature. It sounds more reference than AMP8 which sounds too thick with my IEM. This mod made everything neat and perfect.

Wanted to ask how long the 4,4mm pentacon should be. Got some plastic spacers with amp8ex and noticed that all of them are a bit different. So far seems to be 19,5mm length is that correct?

Phoned DHL (£10 credit used!) to see why they haven't contacted me re. Stuck Shipment of Amp8-EX, as waiting in today for signature required.

DHL say HK Yong Shun Trade / iBasso Account in UK has been suspended by Customs/DHL as there is money owed by firm. They would give no further details other than that it is being sent back to iBasso who they have advised to use other Couriers in future. And that I should request payment back from Supplier.

Despite plea from me to allow shipment as DHL accepted parcel in Hong Kong and sort out externally with firm, they said there is no chance once account has been closed.

@Paul - iBasso please help!!!

The shipping information shows that it is still in the UK and waiting for evaluation.

It has shown that since Friday and I phoned DHL who said there was nothing I could do. Customs/DHL have closed account with you and would be sending back anything under that account. Have iBasso or your Shippers been able to do anything? They said DHL will no longer accept your parcels and I can only speak to seller, yourselves. Stuck in the middle here! With no Amp8
