Congrats btw...
Thanks, been looking for a coherent single DD and these seem to fit the bill; an added ARC73 4.4mm cable thrown in is icing on the cake

Andros complement the Acoustunes - having organic mids, but i'd expect you'll enjoy more on your new '95ti due to the dynamic driver bass, texture, extension, rumble...

Just discovering these. Looks interesting. Am I right to think standard MMCX would not fit? Here is a cable from Brise I would ideally like to pair with an Acoustune IEM, will it work?

standard MMCX has a Pin inside the cable, its the opposite with Penntaconn Ears connector. Its like a miniature Female RCA

Ok, thanks though I'm getting mixed messages on this. According to one official distributor the HS1650CU is standards MMCX. You're saying this is incorrect?
oh sorry I got mixed up, That Model uses standard MMCX, they switched to Pentaconn ears in their recent model.

I’ve had my set of 1657CU iems for a few months now and I’m still amazed at how good they are. I still don’t know much about Accoustune and have no idea where the they are in the hierarchy of iems but to me overall I think they could be better than my AK T9iE iems. At the moment I’m a bit confused, are the 1657CUs punching above their weight or are they at a similar level to the AKs?

I cannot say much about the 9ie, but i auditioned the Xelentos on several occasions. By now, you may already know that;
Bass and mids a little better on the 57, whilst treble is better on the 9ie.
If you want a step up on the 9ie, I suggest the 1677, having a really huge sound field* compared to the former.
Please note that the treble maybe too bright for some...

* Andromeda level sound field, esp. the stage height

The 50, 60, 70 series are standard MMCX...

Yes, thanks. Figured out the Acoustune ecosystem shortly after. Still want to get the HS1650CU to pair with a Brise cable that no-one seems interested in buying.

Off topic - you're sporting the TAGO StudioT3-01? Impressions?
Brise is a good jap. brand and they're a bit expensive as well. Premium build and sq no doubt.

Now this is very nice!

I'll try to chat w/ some friends over there, if they managed to audition this...
