Acoustune Impressions thread

Has anyone here had experience in purchasing / dealing with MTMTaudio? Good or bad? I'm just asking because I ordered an Acoustune IEM from them Sunday night (my first time ordering from them), and after the fact asked by email if the cable included could be 4.4mm. Got an auto reply back saying my message would be answered in 24 hours. Well, now nothing, and they haven't replied to a couple more of my emails inquiring about status, or chat messages on their own website. I even tried long distance calling them tonight, and no answer. Needless to say I'm getting quite worried they aren't going to fulfill my order, and I'll be out the funds. I hope this is not their M.O., but I can't help but be concerned.
I've dealt with them, they are just reseller, meaning they don't have order for everything and typically wait until they get their order before doing anything.
I'll wait a week and if no reply, do a refund request which they reply right away from PayPal.

I buy all my harder to find iem tips from them, albeit at some what higher price, but end up the same as on forwarding rates.

Thanks for the info... and they did wind up getting back to me last night, and then providing the shipment tracking this morning. So hopefully all is good.

Well, MTMTaudio did get it shipped just fine, so thankfully it all worked out ok. On a better note, I adore this single DD so far! I know that Acoustune IEMs get dinged sometimes for not having the utmost in clarity / resolution, but to me so far that's exactly one of the strongest suits of the HS1790ti. Maybe it's due to the more neutral-ish, clean sound that this model in particular displays with the Ti shells. It's so detailed and textured... a real treat to listen to. I'm truly enjoying these, and this will not be my last Acoustune (or perhaps a Madoo planar).

HS2000MX users, please get the ACT04 module when you can and drive it with a powerful DAP/amp. All I can say is wow!

I have upgraded my DAP to AK KANN ULTRA which could give enough power for ACT04.
With AK KANN series tuning and ESS9039PRO's neutral and detailed nature, the sound is very impressive and outstanding now!

I love it very much!

Recommend to try Brise audio Naobi LE and Vortex cables elsa.

I did not directly try with HS2000MX ACT01 but these 2 cables gave me positive impressions on ST2000(CM version) with ACT04.

I was itching for a new toy and had been lusting after the 64Audio Volur. Finally had a listen and went away not really impressed.. The Act04 has a much more powerful bass to scratch my bass itch. Now seriously considering the ACT47... although I've kinda stopped after ACT04 cos they've more or less covered all my needs in Vocal, EDM, Classical and Live music.
