beyerdynamic-dt-770-32-ohm

I'm looking for some new pads for the Koss DJ Pro 100, most of the recommendations involve V6/M50s, however, has anyone tried the headphones with beyerdynamic pads, velour or gels? I doubt they'd fit without glueing or sewing them on but it'd be interesting to listen to them.

I am planning on purchasing a DT770 in the next couple of days once I decide on the amp to purchase along with it (80ohm ver).   I am very new at this, in fact I started researching today! So hopefully the questions won't be too dumb =)   My current computer set-up does not have a video...

  I got burned in a trade and got some beyerdynamic dt770 that has the a clip on the driver broken off and need to be recabled to a new driver.  Anyone know the best place to get this done or am i better of just getting new pair.

I can't stand headphones that support most of their weight by the headband. I tried on some ATH M50s today and immediately felt discomfort from the headband -- little padding and too much pressure pressing down on the top of my head.    How are the DT770s in this regard? I know everyone says...
