Yes, the back cover of the BTR17 is fixed with glue, and it is difficult for customer to replace the battery. Your BTR17 is still under warranty. If there is any problem with the battery, please return it to seller. We will repair or replace new one for free.

Under normal circumstances, the Bluetooth distance is not so bad. Does this also happen with SBC encoding? In addition, the hand fully holding the back of the BTR17 (the antenna is here ) will also have some effect on the distance.
