Comparing the XM-5, Predator, and 2move.
I can only comment on the XM5. I've upgraded this little beauty from the stock OPA134 opamp to an OPA627 and rolled it with BUF634 buffers. The result is pure audio bliss. Pico vs Predator, and the winner is....both!
I'd say Pico wins in sound quality by a thousand miles over the Predator. The Predator is just a basic Chu Moy amp cloaked in emperor's clothing. What you're paying for the Predator is basically the fancy external case.- amicus
