I personally use Vsonic VSD1s for exercise: it fits comfortably in my ears, got balance sound signature, and is dirt cheap (costs 25USD in my area).   Savant for me is reserved for some serious listening, they sounded so great that I wouldn't allow them to get soaked in my sweat.

After doing some research on some Japanese sites, seems that the QP1s is coporated with Audeze for more output power

Dang these gems makes me wanna sold my 2-day-old Savant and grab a new pair of wizard-designed ones.   Brannan, since I suspect the faceplate is removable in the universal Savant, does Noble plan to offer an option for users to send it back to "Wizardify" it?

  Maybe you think of the custom Savant too pricey only because Noble provides it at a much lower price in universal form.   For the sound of the Savant, it's a steal for 599.   Just consider it as the product at the same level of a K10, where the difference between them lies only in sound...

Mine seems shipped without the pouch, gotta go home and check if it's just me overlooked it after overwhelmed by the sound

I just did the same thing couple of days ago, got my Savant yesterday and thank god for making the right choice.

As mentioned in the Noble appreciation thread, distance of AK models' bluetooth is comparatively short.   For the specification provided, Plenue M outclassed except for output impedance (PM=3 ohm, Jr.=2 ohm),   and the UI of the PM is much more smooth compared to the Jr. in current firmware...

OK now I am waiting for the celebration of wiz's 100th birthday.

Can you please provide more comparison between the DX90 and the Jr. on the K10?   I'm a K10 owner-to-be and am eyeing on some affordable and really portable DAPs.   Among all the DAPs, X5 II, DX90 and Jr. caught my eyes and I'm in a dilemma of which to choose.

I think the output impedance (lower than 1 ohm) is suitable for IEMs, and probably the wiz made it secretly tuned for Noble IEMs, who knows? 

Well IMHO, it depends on 2 things:   1. If you can find some store near your location for you to audition the SE846 and you liked the sound, it would be the safer choice.   2. The resale value of these buds. If the resell price of Noble products is good around your area and you like the...

Scott, what DAPs do you find suitable with the K10 comes with bluetooth?   I'm eyeing on some of them, and with the form factor considered I can only find a few.

Yeah the BTS is on sale now at only 599!   ...with a complimentary pair of "the most subjectively balanced in-ear monitor Dr. John has designed" aka the Noble Savant!     I just ordered mine! Grab it before it's gone!
