Does this have enough power to amp from line out on an iPod classic? Debating grabbing one but don't see a great deal of point if I'm just running it off the headphoen output.- Grodecki

But foam tips get mucky and wear out eventually. I prefer the fit and sound from foam rather than silicon so will need replacements eventually! It is very important to me. I'd love it if Futuresonics tips fit but don't expect they will.- Grodecki

Thanks for the comparison to the Atrios! What is the isolation like? The potential venting concerns me, as I will be using them in a noisy atmosphere quite a lot- Grodecki

My FutureSonics Atrio M5s have just died... I enjoyed the heavy hitting sub bass and decent isolation with foam tips.... would these be a worthy upgrade? They will be used on the move extensively. After 5 long hard years of service, my Futuresonics Atrio M5s have hit the dust.... and as they are no longer avaialble, I need to replace them with something else. I like the bassy sound and good isolation with the foam tips. I am UK based and willing to spend up to £250... can anyone advise?- Grodecki

Like the Atrios...but cheaper?
Hi all. Am looking for some new IEMs but my budget can't quite stretch to the Atrios I've been pining for for so long, so I'm looking for something which has a similer sound but is a bit cheaper? I know I'm not going to get anything dead on for less money but what is out there? Any ideas...- Grodecki

not a fan of the case but it's a pretty good spec list you have there, would've gone for a slightly more beefy gfx card but eh, each to their own- Grodecki

USB DAC? Or something else.
Hi all. Currently investing in a home hifi setup for speakers and headphones. I also own a MisterX HPDAC, which is an Headphone amp and a DAC in one, from USB. Unfortunatly it has no lineout, so am I right in thinking it would be bad to connect this to my integrated amp directly? If it...- Grodecki

Connecting headphone DAC/AMP to a intergrated amp..
Is this possible? Running my PC as source with FLAC collection and the like, would like to get a decent connection to an intergrated amp that I'm picking up in a few months to start off my speaker based system. Basically, can I go Computer -> Headphone DAC/AMP > Intergrated amp > Speakers...- Grodecki

What to buy to improve output from Realtek onboard...
eug. I'm totally stumped for what to do. I really don't want to spend £130 on a 0404 USB.... Am looking for a decent priced good sound card now... Edit: Think I'm gonna get a headroom total bithead, fits everything I need pretty much perfectly, and the portability is handy.- Grodecki

What to buy to improve output from Realtek onboard...
If I don't have the input set to headphones in the RealTek sound manager, there is zero interfearence, yet the sound is flat and dull. I can't understand why headphones setting has loads of interference yet speakers does not. It's the same physical port, just a different setting in the software!- Grodecki

What to buy to improve output from Realtek onboard...
Dang Would it be better running straight into the realtek if I could get it to bypass the realtek audio manager and use kernal streaming or the like? If so, can anyone suggest how to do this with Vista X64. Cheers- Grodecki

What to buy to improve output from Realtek onboard...
Hi all. Fairly new to the head fi scene, have a pair of Audio Technica A900s which I'm currently using with the PC. PC has a RealTek HD Audio chipset, I forget the exact model number as it is broken (see further down), but I know it has a lot of 8s in it, and not much else :P So my...- Grodecki
