From what I can hear re: SE200 vs dx320, and from the hour I spent A/B testing, I feel as the dx320 sound is slightly wider, more vivid, rounded and holographic. The SE200 seems to have a slightly better separation in some songs. - Ofir

I found the root of the issue. If the 'Year' tag has the complete data, e.g. 1970-1-1 the player will not read it. If it has just the year it will work as advertised. I hope this may help others as well - Ofir
