Are you a console or PC gamer?
I actually asked a friend of mine who still plays on a console (Playstation 4) and he said that he just wants the experience. He said that the "feel" is just different playing on a console as opposed to having it on the PC.- audioBenj

Once I tried a mechanical gaming keyboard, I never looked back. I am currently using a Razer Blackwidow X Chroma with Razer greens and they are okay. I would like to buy another mechanical gaming keyboard with the Topre switches in the future. Just waiting for them to drop down in price.- audioBenj

Well, if you buy one of those 7.1 Surround sound gaming headsets, the feature can just be unlocked using their companion software. If you want to use a discrete soundcard, I highly recommend looking into the Creative Sound Blaster series soundcards.- audioBenj

Which headphones do you use for PC gaming?
I agree. I was actually using the Hyper X Cloud II before I upgraded to the Hyper Revolver which has a much better audio performance. The only downside to the Revolver is that it doesn't have that 7.1 surround support, but I ain't complaining because I do not use the feature anyway.- audioBenj
