With the Freya now shipping and Saga out, it seems like a good time for a balanced vs single-ended chapter, for those of us trying to decide if the Freya is worth it. I don't remember seeing a chapter really going into this, but let me know if I'm wrong...

Any more comparisons on the Opens pre/post Flow? The recent talk has been all C. I'm debating an upgrade, but am still really happy with my O 1.1s.

I don't have much to add yet. But just want to say I switched from C to Opens, and I'm pretty happy I did.

Sweet, sounds like enough folks are getting these to fit that I should try them out myself.

Not clamp pressure. It's like the air actually pushing in my ear.... I think. I'm assuming the breath ability of the velour will help with this.... It's a pretty cheap experiment, if nothing more. Worst case I trade for some ether opens.

I mostly want to reduce ear pressure. I seem to be more sensitive to this than most...

Nice! General impressions with whatever you know best is probably sufficient/most useful. But I listen to rock, folk, country, jazz, electroniccy pop kind of stuff (radio head, James Blake more than straight edm). Pretty much everything...
