Which of the headphones would be best for music listening, bass, and gaming?
Either the Superlux (only one I've tried that you've listed) or up your budget a bit for the Creative Aurvana Live.- xFairyxTailx

Good noise-isolating headphones for under $50?
You could spend the $100 on custom tips for your Etymotic IEM. Otherwise I'd have to agree with roguegeek.- xFairyxTailx

In-ear/ear canal earphones under $250 with in-wire remote and mic.
I prefer the Shure SE425 but it's slightly over your budget, only thing I can think of is the Klipsch x10i or x11i.- xFairyxTailx

Yamahah eph-100 or Bose Mie2i or Shure se215?
Best sound goes to the EPH-100, more accurate sound and bass goes to the EPH-100, noise isolation: Shure SE215>Yamaha EPH-100>Bose Mie2i.- xFairyxTailx

Any Over Ear Headphones with decent sound quality, very comfortable cushioning, minimum sound leakage and easily portable (no long cords/tangles) (30-70$)
Slightly above your budget but the Creative Aurvana Live are lighter, comfortable, and balanced with a pretty good soundstage.- xFairyxTailx

Comfortable open over-ear headphones under $150
Sennheiser HD558 is a great option in your price range or you could consider the Audio-Technica ATH-AD700x (although I've only tried the ATH-A700x).- xFairyxTailx

Need help deciding to choose which of these earphones to purchase.
The SE215 has superior noise isolation bit the isolation on the EPH-100 is pretty good. If you want bass + mids I'd go for the SE215 but if you want a superior soundstage and a balanced sound I'd go for the EPH-100.- xFairyxTailx

Shure se215 or Hifiman re-400?
+1 to Etymotic HFx or Hifiman RE-400. I've owned all three IEMs and strongly recommend the HFx or RE-400 over the SE215, especially if they're for studio work.- xFairyxTailx

IEM under 100 Euro
I would get rid of the S4i and CX400 from your list as they're lacking in both the mids and the highs, I haven't heard the Beyerdynamics you listed. At the limit of your budget I'd recommend the Etymotic HFx or Hifiman RE-400 and you will not go wrong with either one; at a lower price point I...- xFairyxTailx

Gym buds/headphones
+1 to Shure SE215, I used them while at the gym and while on jogs and occasionally while I slept. They're a bit bassy but the bass doesn't muddy the mids or treble, the treble is a bit rolled off but not too much.- xFairyxTailx
