Well iBasso said they wouldn't pay for shipping for the defective button but they'd be glad to pay return shipping. :| A little dissapointed because this seems to be sort of common with other users from a variety of different batches.

Mine is from the first batch :| It gets pretty annoying when the button works only a third of the time. I haven't even abused it in anyway(under 100 hours of use) Going to contact ibasso tonight and see if they'll cover the majority of the shipping expenses.

I've tried with my left hand(I'm right-handed) and it still feels dramatically more mushy than when I first got it. Not sure if I should contact ibasso about this.

Has anyone noticed a degrading in the play buttons? My Next button has slowly been gradually feeling less tactile and much more mushy. I don't particularly use the player alot(under 100 hours total?) but I can't actually tell if I pressed the button or not at times.

I think I have a faulty unit... :[ Computer will not recognize my DX50 if I plug it in when it's off. For some reason it'll recognize it only when I plug in my DX50 when it's on.   Anyone else experiencing this?

SQ wise I strongly approve of the increased bass! Makes my music a bit more fun to listen to but unfortunately none of the important bugs for me were fixed.. My files with aprostrophes still do not work still and there is no Korean character support. :\

How hard can it be to include support for Korean characters -_-;;

  The prefit fit well but I had no means of checking for isolation and sealing because they are after all empty shells.    I can get a close to perfect seal on my right if I do some little twisting but the SQ is not heavily by much. This may vary for others depending on the actual seal.

I've done the prefit service and experienced no problems initially. But after I received my finished buds, my right earbud did not give me a complete perfect seal but only by a slight amount. Not sure if I want to go through the hassle of returning it for refinish :S

  My right button is very inconsistent compared to my other buttons. Honestly I'm stashing my DX50 away until they release a new firmware within the 2 days.   There's way too many glitches for me to properly enjoy this player and I end up more frustrated than actually enjoying the music.
