Need help taking apart SR 325's
Nope, that IS exactly what I did. I have done this before but this time, on of the sides there is no metal plate on the pcb'ish type stuff. So 1 wire hooks up fine, but there is no where to put the other one...- mercid

both harddrives crashed and now i need help :(
Trust me when i say the drives are dead, the drives are dead, i am a professional, this is what i do for work. The only way to save data from these drives would be to send them to a specialty place to get it done to the tune of 600$ and up... no thanks. I even tried freezing the drives and using...- mercid

im curious I see that you guys are always offering up the audigy over the SB Live! I do not understand this, the audigy sounds no better then the live. Period. The audio processor in the Live! is exactly the same as on the Audigy, the EMU10K. Audigy adds firewire and nothing else. -Mercid- mercid

Nope, it should read: 320 MP3= .ape CD> MP3 and .ape I just do not find that ape is a quality jump over .mp3 and it doesnt sound like a cd, to my ears- mercid

who cares? I have yet to find a cd that I can not copy or rip. I use 2 plextor cd-r's. CD's that can not be ripped on my friends comp's are easily ripped with my setup. My point is this: No encription will ever be hack/fool proof. Ever.- mercid

What the Sony V6's look like on someones head
Why does everyone go for the V6's rather then the Sony MDR-CD900ST's if they like the sony sound so much. From what ive heard these are much better versions of the V6- mercid

A question for Grado freaks:
SR 325 I love these phones. I am using them with a MAX META42, to my ears they sound worlds better then my HD 580's. If you decide to get the 325's the flat pad's are a good option, as are the comfy pad's. Each has its own effect on the phones but do a good job at making them warmer.- mercid
