I forgot I bought Fiio e9 + e7 combo for my Denon d2000 headphones. Does the fiio combo change anything ? Can I connect it to fiio or easier just through the mobo ?

The most pressure I get is on my cheeks, the back of the headphones are ok and the top is ok aswell, just a bit pressure on the front. Hopefully they'll loosen up a bit.

OK, on a different forum, one member said this about getting an amp for D2000...."Using one might even introduce more noise" This scared me a bit, is this true ?

I wonder, $220 after tax for Fiio combo to only use it in gaming, no music, thought since they're low impedance the amp might be useless.
