I'm putting together new desktop and using laptops for years now I don't know squat about desktops.
Do I need dedicated sound card for those speakers ?

The 330Ds have optical and coax in i think so i would just use either of those from your onboard sound and hook it up this way

I forgot I bought Fiio e9 + e7 combo for my Denon d2000 headphones.
Does the fiio combo change anything ? Can I connect it to fiio or easier just through the mobo ?

AFAIK, the only advantage of connecting through Fiio, to RCA input,  is if you prefer its DAC to Edifier´s.
