Just look at the picture with them in the case, there's no jack or any sort to plug into a source so i dont think that can be an IEM. Unless there's some sci-fi tech behind this, of course

You can try ordering the UE custom cables instead. Some have had success with the after September 2010 version, but if I'm not wrong the ends of the before September one is the same design as the epic cables. Both are going for 30usd on the Logitech site
