You can request samples through nationals website.  Problem is you can only do 5 per week and you need 6 total for the concerto, so you would need to do two orders.  

No, I never tried because I plan on selling the Concerto as soon as I get an O2 built.

I have built my own custom version for Fuze v2 which includes the same lineout as well as a high quality tweak for the headphone out which lowers THD a few db.  It also has USB semi working, at least in windows 7 it works but it does not appear to be working in OS X yet.  I can post this...
