Most definitely! Thing is I'd probably be asking for 2 or 3 because I had this issue with my other pair as well.  And it feels awkward asking for that (again).

It...happened again on the opposite side (i think?). This time both sheared off, and only one would come out, think I'll have to take apart the cup, the other one just slowly shaved away while trying to get it out. Not sure I really want to ask for another replacement (seems lame to do).

So am I, hope they can send me a replacement part.

It seems to be realllly jammed in there. Of all things, I pried it out with the can opener on my leatherman.

Then glue them back together ooor?

Hey guys, The C shaped cup holder's little nubs broke on my SR-325is. Now this has happened before and glue solved the problem.  This time, however, one of the nubs sheared off inside the hole on the cup. Was wondering if anyone here knew how to yank it out without damaging the headphones...

Gonna have to go with the firmware option probably. It still stops halfway down the list after having added more music.

It is clean, it literally just STOPS at the halfway mark and it refuses to go further.

Music doesn't stop, its just while scrolling through the list of music it'll stop at the halfway mark and refuse to go further.  Sometime's it'll jump from 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down.

Anyone have an issue where the scrollbar stops half way down the list of all your music?

Hopefully this is the case.  When I get home it's getting plugged into my phone charger.

It was moving, but there seemed to be no difference in the charge level from before I plugged it in.  It died on me, so it's plugged into my laptop until I can get home.

Had it sitting plugged into a USB to AC adapter for hours on end and the charging screen showed up.

I can't answer much of your questions, but they don't seem overly bright or anything with either of my Grados (SR60i and SR325is).     Also anyone else having issues charging? I let it sit charging a few hours the other day and haven't used it since.  Turned it on this morning and its still...
