Why do these get no respect? KOSS PRO/4AAAT
You should better save your Money an not waste it. Even 40$ is to much. The Headband Design is a totally disaster. Stymax-Obravo HAMT-1 AMT Hybrid
Look at a standard Koss UR/29 capsule. Hopefully the manufacturer made a driver redesign on his HAMT1 for better resolution capabilities. The Koss capsule performs slightly better over the K240 driver.- Neighbour

Koss HV/A1 headphones
The voice coil wire isn't glued to the diaphragm. One possible option is to buy the pro4aa and transplant the HV diaphragm with voice coil onto the pro4aa capsule. Koss redesigned the newer pro4aa capsule with a wire canal to eliminate direct wire contact to the diaphragm. At all its try and...- Neighbour

Headphones with most isolation
Koss pro4 series depending on Revision. H40dB modH~50dB M30dB modM~35dB L15dB modL~25dB The two chamber design on the pro4 Koss stereophones block out very well the noise in both ways. The vacuum oriented seal provide the needed Isolation, but the older oil filled ear cushions should...- Neighbour

Need help opening up Realistic PRO-60
There are two versions of the pads. The old pleather ones and the new Version from variable density molded foam. Koss listed the newest pads on the older webpage. Pad replacement for about ~25 Years. You can use the HV1 pads, but the frequency response is not nearly as flat with these pads. ...- Neighbour

DIY open phones with Koss A250 frame: which drivers (DT880, HD650, YH-1, etc.)
I have the DT880@600 and the T40RPMK2 for comparison. The Auditor driver is in terms of transient response, natural timing response and texture superior without the typical self compression and dynamic limitations on a lot of dynamic and planar drivers. Koss made the low budget frame for...- Neighbour

Full Size Headphones Similar to the Etymotic ER4
Why don't you search your question on the forum? The answer is years old. Ety 4 graph from innerfidelity. The DT1350 has a different sound signature. The K701 is near for that you searching for, but it lacks last percent of resolution and refinement. The ESP/950 should fit with it...- Neighbour

Does Koss make any good full sized headpone models?
Quote: They do. Up to date koss exchanged product quality for lifetime warranty marketing and the DJ100 is an untypical Koss product in their headphone line up. The pro4 line is low budget developed and manufactured for the warranty marketing. I've got the pro4AAAT and AAT...- Neighbour

Koss PortaPro4AAA - DIY KOSS high-end dynamic headphone :)
How can you? The pro4aaat shell is so badly designed with a lot of resonance and work properly only with the 250Ohm closed back driver. Koss made better 60 Ohm drivers for the the ESP Enclosure.- Neighbour

Beyerdynamic DT-880 Pro (250 Ohm) left driver problem.
This hole has nothing to do with your problem. It is only in the acoustic dampening paper. The driver is under the felt. You can fix your rattling problem with duct tape. Put a piece of it on the felt and pull the tape off.- Neighbour

Koss / Realistic Pro II headphones: one side dead - advice?
Please clean the connection. Measure the impedance of the other driver. From the picture i would call it a pro4aa in a different housing. Hard facts. 150 Ohm is the HV/1 or 2 driver. 250 Ohm is the pro4aa driver. You can take all pro4aa(at) spare drivers for this driver...- Neighbour

Has anyone listened to Koss Pro DJ100?
Some first facts on burn in on the koss house drivers pro4aat/aaat/MV1. All Headphones ar closed. The titanium coating breaks on the moving edges of the diaphragm. It needs for this reaction some time or a lot of power for a fast break in. A good driver shouldn't really break in or change...- Neighbour

You have the latest serious optimized pro4 in house with the Koss Pro 4 aa 40th anniversary. The MV1 is bad and a pro4 with different housing. Looking for open can with shimmery highs, liquid-ness, great vocal intelligibility, and impedance over 200 ohms.
We have a miss understanding with fluid integration. The DT990 is far away from fluid sound. The fluid process is a dynamic hearing process. You need high resolution and focus on micro dynamics trough body definition. There are a lot of entry Level headphones, that try do simulate dynamics. ...- Neighbour
