Exci, the cheapest price I found ended up being Amazon JP. The others didn't allow for foreign CC's.   Prices seem to be dropping everyday on them though.   For some reason, the browser makes a difference on the price that shows up. 13913yen on Safari, and 12771yen on chrome. 

Amazon Jp keeps sending me emails about my cc not going through. It must be because I've never made direct purchases in Japan and the security is kicking in. Hope to get it cleared up first thing tomorrow morning. Can't wait to receive them!

It depends. So far I haven't received any duties or additional charges on any shipping services from Japan, be it Airmail or EMS. I'm in Canada though, so the US might be different.

I know that it wasn't a reply directed towards me, but thanks for the answer!   I've also been contemplating between the re0 and the dba-02 (along with a new version of the thinksound rains that has yet to be released) and the dba-02 seems more and more like a better choice.   Can't wait...

Can't wait till these come out.   I've been using the CX300's with the EQ altered majorly since it's so muddy. Will buy these as soon as they come out - they're getting painful to listen with without EQ on my ipod.
