The Eterna would sure be a good choice but the problem for you is, so are the HJE900s.   If you want more bass, go for the Eternas, they're very famous around here, but if you'd want your phones to last even longer than you, take the HJE900s, and mind you, that freakin' toughness comes with...

does the contact between the cables and the drivers look sturdy? I mean, would they be loosening up easily? in case I would be plugging them on and off all the time? I wouldn't want to spend more on replacement cables, I expect them cables to last even a year.
