I'm currently thinking about the Beats Solo 2's since they got really good reviews, but I'm not entirely sure. I listen to pretty much all genres of music. I'm basically just looking for portable headphones with more comfort and bass (and equivalent or better sound quality) than the XS.

I'm trying to find something that sounds as close to those as possible. Looking for crisp clear sound, great bass, but good all rounders. I listen to all types of music; comfort is one of my priorities. I'd like to keep the price as low as possible, but at this point, I'm just searching around...

I'm hunting around for a good headset for use with an Xbox One. Trying to keep the price below $200 (this includes used pricing). I was thinking about buying some Astro A40's, the 2013 edition with the new mixamp. I want it to have a built in microphone, and of course it should be comfortable...

They are the old model, but I got them on a naval base discount. They were already 50% off of the original $300, but they had an additional 50% off on top of that. So I paid $75 for them. At that price, I'm just wondering, for their sound and functionality, are they worth it?

I listened to them at Best Buy earlier today and I liked them; I really liked that they only leaked sound at a very high listening volume. I'm just wondering what audiophiles think of them compared to others at the Sub $200 price point.

I'm looking for an IEM that has a sound signature similar to or better than the Philips Downtown. I would like it to isolate at least as good too. Also, I would prefer if it could be worn cable down. Does such IEM exist?

Are they better than the file formats that iTunes has? I ask this because I just got an app on my phone and computer where I can convert the songs to FLAC format.

I'm not sure if this guy is a reputable source, but his claim seems to be interesting. It got me thinking, how do the Uptown's compare to the M50's?  I heard some people say they weren't that great here, but he says otherwise.

By epic, I mean songs that overwhelm you and make you feel amazing, like you could do anything. They can be of any genre, but preferably classic or metal. An example would be the "Mind Heist" from Inception, or "Horn of Plenty" from The Hunger Games score, or Lux Aeterna.

I just got this music player app on my phone, and it says how many KBPS each song is. Most of my music ranges from 100-400 KBPS. Are Kbps what tell you if your music is compressed?

I'm looking for IEM's with decent isolation that are good at staying in your ear. For working out possibly. Obviously sound quality is a top priority, but I also need comfort. I was looking at the NuForce NE-700X's but I don't know if those are good. Oh, I'm looking for budet IEM's by the way...
