I even listened to it straight from a phone....it is a very good sounding set, no doubt about it. It was really a pleasure to listen to.

With all due respect to Crinacle but as a Denon AH-D9200 owner, when paired with a good setup, it's one of the best closed headphones ever.

Shocked he finds 9200 wonky. Harsh? Not here. DX1000 on the other hand, I call that one oddly colored and almost wonky.

As mentioned earlier, I have both cans and the D7200 has more bass than D9200. So the equality of the bass level in your measurements surprised me a bit. It may not be as much as in the other chart, but it is there and has been confirmed by some other members.
